2. What is the maximum weight of Craymin racks can support?

For floor standing racks at CAX series, maximum static loading is 800kg.

For wall mounted racks at CPX, CWX, CZX series, maximum static loading is 60kg. 

3. Do you offer racks for non-standard equipment (e.g., deep servers or custom AV gear)?

Yes, ODM are welcomed, we have R&D team with strong background and expereinces.

4. Do your racks come pre-assembled, or will I need to build them?

Our floor standing racks have both assembled or flat packed version. Take 600mm width racks for example, if you proceed to flat packed, it has 4 packages for each rack. Our wall mounted racks also have assembled welded type and flat packed type.

5. Do you offer custom rack modifications (e.g., extra depth, customized height, reinforced rails)?

Yes, our racks standard depth are 600/800/1000/1200mm depth, standard height is 18U/22U/27U/37U/42U/47U, we have ever offered 21U/24U/36U/45U/52U...to customers, so customized height and extra depth...are not a big issue.

6. What’s the warranty period, and what does it cover?

We offer 1 year warranty for all our racks and accessories, any problems, welcome to contact us freely.

7. What is your delivery time?

Regular delivery time is 30 days to 35 days upon receipt deposit.

8.Will my Dell PowerEdge server fit in your rack?

 Yes! Our racks are EIA-310 compliant and compatible with all standard 19-inch servers, including Dell, HP, and Cisco models. Just confirm your server’s U height and depth before ordering.

9. How do I prevent my rack from overheating?

We recommend our ventilated rack doors and optional cooling fans. Pair them with blanking panels to optimize airflow and avoid hot spots.

10. Can I expand my rack later if I add more equipment?

Absolutely! Our modular racks let you add shelves, PDUs, or even link multiple racks together for seamless scaling.
